FAST Fest: Reimagining the Future of Technology, Entertainment, and Entrepreneurship in Myrtle Beach
Press Release May 19, 2023 – Fashion, Art, Science, and Technology Festival, aims to revolutionize the way we perceive technology, entertainment, and entrepreneurship in our local economy. This event will bring together tech enthusiasts, industry leaders, students, and professionals for a day of innovation, learning, and entertainment. FAST Fest will take place on September 2, 2023, from 9 am to 10 pm at the HGTC Conference Center, located in the Market Common district of Myrtle Beach.
FAST Fest will include a diverse range of activities and attractions. Highlights of the event include:
- E-sports Tournament: Will feature games like Super Smash Bros.™ and Versus Virtual Reality Laser Tag. Competitors can sign up at: www.start.gg/fastfest
- Hands-On Tech Workshops: Attendees will have the opportunity to learn and experiment with cutting-edge technologies, including immersive/extended reality (XR), AI (Artificial Intelligence) generated art, blockchain, robotics, and more.
- Seminars and Panel Discussions: Speakers and thought leaders will share insights on the latest trends, applications, and implications of AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies.

- Fashion Show: Local designers will showcase their work under the theme ‘Sustainable Futurism’.
